The ultimate jewellery experience, located in our studio in Papamoa Beach, Tauranga.  It’s painless, safe, and clasp-less!  You can choose your chain of choice from our curated selection of 14k gold filled, 14k rose gold filled, or sterling silver chains that can be made into a bracelet, necklace, or anklet. We make it to perfectly fit YOU!  

Prices range dependant on style of chain selected;
14k Gold & Rose Gold Filled pricing ranges from $70-$120
Sterling Silver pricing ranges from $70-$100

Booking an appointment in our Studio: 
Each appointment takes 20-25 minutes and is scheduled for one person.  If you are planning on coming with friends, please schedule a time slot for each person.  

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment which will be deducted from your order total on the day. Prices vary depending on the chain chosen. Please note: The studio location will be provided in your confirmation email. 

Rescheduling:
Deposits are non-refundable.  If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will move your deposit to your new appointment date.  You must reschedule within 24 hours of your original appointment.  Your deposit will be held for your future appointment.  If you are a no show to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

Late and No Shows:
We allow a grace period of 5 minutes from the time of your appointment.  If you miss this window, you may be required to reschedule your appointment as we may not have enough time to complete your service and your deposit will be forfeited. 

Refunds
All permanent and custom services are non-refundable.

We ensure the integrity of our weld before your appointment is complete. However, things happen! Just because our pieces are designed to be permanent, it does not mean they're indestructible. If you need to remove your piece, or your welded jewellery comes off for any reason, please contact us at edenzoe@edenzoe.com to schedule a re-weld.  First re-weld is free. Any further welds are $25.

If your jewellery is not in its original form and has been stretched beyond repair, a new piece will need to be purchased.  We are not responsible for lost jewellery.
